Rental Data Bureau (RDB) Terms and Conditions
I. Usage
I understand that by signing up I am agreeing to abide by these terms and
conditions. I understand that signing up is free and my account allows me
to search for rental comparables adding them to a rent survey as I go.
I understand that valid payment information (i.e., credit card information) is
required to see the full address and rent for any rental comparables I find
using the system.
A. Open/Closed Surveys (Redo's)
I understand that I can continue to work on a rent survey while it is still
open. A rent survey remains open for up to seven days or until the number
of comps contained in the survey has not reached the maximum number of
comparables. While a rent survey is still open, more comparables can be
added to it without charge (i.e., you can 'redo' the survey). I understand
I can 'redo' a survey by simply clicking on the Redo button, or by visiting
my Orders page and clicking Open next to the appropriate survey.
i) New surveys can contain up to a maximum of 5 rental comparables.
ii) Open surveys on the Orders page can contain up to a maximum of 10
rental comparables.
B. Credit Approval
I understand that I can request/apply for credit approval by calling Rental
Data (see our Contact page). Credit approval is granted by Rental Data
on a case-by-case basis. Once you are approved you have the option to pay with
a credit card or have us send you a bill. Rental Data reserves the right to
refuse credit approval for any user of the system at any time. Rental Data
reserves the right to remove a user's credit approval for accounts past due
beyond 45 days.
II. Rental Information
A. Accuracy
I understand that rental information provided through use of the system is
deemed to be reliable and accurate though not guaranteed to be free of errors
or omissions.
B. Pictures
I understand that the system does not include pictures of the rentals.
III. Updates to Terms and Conditions
I understand that these terms and conditions are subject to change at any
time.
