Rental Information
What rental information do we collect?
We collect rental information you (as an owner of residental rental property) provide. Specifically, we collect rent, lease/terms, utilities paid, the address, bedrooms, bathrooms, dwelling type, rental history (if you provide it) and more.
What do we do with the rental information we collect?
We use rental information strictly for the purpose of rental analysis (or advertising if you choose) by other landlords, investors, appraisers, or real estate professionals (or tenants if you choose to advertise your rental). Rentals used in analysis are called rental comparables (or rent comps).
